Review record, writing, and chat activity through a heatmap and daily timeline.
Activity helps you review your usage rhythm. Events remain in the timeline even if the original note or record is later deleted.
Open activity
- On desktop, open the activity panel for the heatmap and weekly total.
- On mobile, open Activity from the Me page.
- Select a day in the heatmap to view its timeline.
Event types
| Type | Examples |

| Record | Creating or saving text, image, link, voice, and other records |
| Writing | Creating or editing Markdown files |
| Chat | Interacting with Chat or Agent |
The heatmap counts events; it is not a measure of words, time worked, or completed tasks. Activity is stored locally and may be included when records and settings sync is enabled.
